Pap Smears
We recommend scheduling a pap smear appointment every three years. This routine exam can provide you and your doctor with early warning signs of cervical cancer.
Pelvic and Breast Exams
Pelvic exams help ensure your reproductive organs are healthy with no abnormalities.
Treatment of Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs)
An UTI may come with several possible symptoms, including a sudden (false) urge to pee, cloudy or dark urine, and fever. If you believe you may have an UTI, you can schedule a same day appointment at the Women and Child Health Center and receive a prescription for the necessary antibiotics today.
Screening & Treatment for STDs
If you believe you may have been exposed to, contracted, or are at risk of contracting a sexually transmitted disease, we are here to help. The Women and Child Health Center can provide accurate, confidential free testing and excellent care and treatment for many types of STDs. Please don’t panic or feel too ashamed to ask for help. We are here for you.
Referrals for Mammograms
Women over 45 should schedule a mammogram every 1 to 2 years. We can provide a referral and make the process simple.
